Although the village is relatively
new, since it was built in 1975, the Community Council has proceeded
with the creation of infrastructure and beautification projects,
aiming to help with the upgrading of the inhabitants' quality
of living. |

Some of these projects that have
already been completed are: |

Completion and running of
the sewerage system. |
| |
• |
Construction of a Cultural Centre, including
offices of the Community Council, offices of the Community Bank
(Co-op Credit Society), a co-op general store, and an entertainment
centre also operating as a coffee-house). |

• |
Creation of a communal park that includes
areas of green, a playground so that the children can play in
safety, and benches. |
| |
• |
Creation of a stockbreeding zone for
the needs of the stockbreeders. |

• |
Replacement of the old water-supply network
with a new one. |
| |
• |
Naming and numbering of all the streets
and houses in the community. |

• |
Upgrading, expansion, and maintenance
of the elementary school. |

Grading of residential building grounds
(Phase 1) comprised of 25 building plots, which were granted
at special prices to young couples that will permanently inhabit
in the community. |
